Weekly Classes

  1. How much are the classes?

Please check the classes page for up to date pricing.

  2. Do you trade services?

    No.

  3. What if I pay for someone and she changes her mind?

There are still NO refunds once your weekly class session has started, and we have a STRICT 24-hour CANCELLATION POLICY via the Mindbody system. Make sure your friends definitely want to do this before you sign up and pay.

  4. What do I wear?

We have an entire costume room full of CLEAN costumes/dresses that are washed after each use. We provide clean socks and booty shorts as well as shoes/boots. NO ONE HAS TO CHANGE IF THEY DON'T WANT TO. Participants can bring whatever they want of their own to wear. The main rule in the costume room is "If it's pink we don't want to see it!" (and we're not talking about clothing). There is NO NUDITY ALLOWED.

Parties

  1. How many girls can come?

There is no minimum, and 21-25 is about the limit. If you have more than that, contact Gypsy Rose Dancing and we can make special arrangements.

  2. How much are the bachelorette/birthday parties, and Girls Night Out?

    $40/girl

  3. What if someone wants to watch & not participate?

Anyone who doesn’t participate in the Routine, Pole, or Chair does not have to pay. However if they do ANY of those three things, even ‘just a little’ they will have to pay the full $40 fee. They can, however, do the Walk and the Dollar Bill Trick without having to pay.

  4. Does the Bachelorette or Birthday Girl have to pay?

    Yes.

  5. How do I put down the deposit?

Go to the Parties page and do an ‘add to cart’ for the class you want. If you are not a PayPal member, just click ‘no’ and you can use your regular credit or debit card.

  6. What if I don't want to pay online?

Then you must contact Gypsy Rose for the mailing address.

  7. Will you hold a date & time for me until you receive my check in the mail?

Unfortunately, Gypsy Rose Dancing cannot hold any spots at all, so if you mail it you do run the risk of your spot not being there when the check is received.

  8. What if I pay for girls and they decide not to come?

There are no refunds whatsoever, even if girls bail at the last minute.

  9. What if I have to cancel my party completely?

If you cancel completely at least THREE WEEKS prior to your confirmed party date and time, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel WITHIN THREE WEEKS of your confirmed party date and time, we will issue you a full refund ONLY if we are able to fill your party time slot, otherwise you get the $160 deposit credit for another Party to schedule whenever you can.

I can be flexible with some situations, however. If you have to cancel or reschedule at 'the last minute' for any reason (and you don't have to tell me about the sudden 'family emergency' or 'food poisoning', the reason isn't really any of my business), please, for the Love of God, do NOT give me attitude. Do NOT play Tuffy McTuffpants by DEMANDING or threatening me for a refund *rolls eyes*.

Just very politely ask if a refund is possible, although you know it may not be depending on whether or not we can fill your time slot. The nicer and more humble you are to me, the nicer and more flexible I will be to you. That is a Universal Law.

The reason we have to be so strict about the timing on party refunds is because when we're super busy in Bachelorette Season (May-October), we turn away a LOT of parties because we're so booked up. So if you cancel a week before your party, chances are we've already turned people away and so they've made other plans, and so we've lost out. This is how EVERY BUSINESS works, we have to protect our interests and prevent people from simply cancelling on a whim.

WEATHER--If inclement weather, Judgement Day, or any other angry Act of God, Yahweh, Jehovah, Zeus, Ganesha, Allah, and/or Anubis, that could potentially make traveling into the city dangerous occurs, Wendy will email the coordinator as soon as possible, perhaps days in advance, to ask what your party wants to do. Wendy can come in in any weather, as she has a 4x4 standard truck (who needs a boyfriend?) and if she gets into an accident chances are she will be the Squishee, as opposed to the Squish-ed. Refunds will be given if the party cannot reschedule, and all efforts will be made to reschedule the party.

  10. What if I paid but need to reschedule my party?
