Exotic dance classes for the REST of us
Now the secrets of exotic dancers are available to women of
all sizes, with the return of the VOLUPTUOUS VIXENS workshop series at
Gypsy Rose Exotic and Pole Dance Studio.
This fabulous four-week workshop includes pole work, floorwork, chair dancing,
struts and stances for women of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. The
class covers costuming and props as well, to get every student in touch
with her brazen inner babe. VOLUPTUOUS VIXENS will be heating up the poles
on Wednesday nights from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Class fee is $198 for four sessions
of 1.5 hours each, and preregistration is required.
As part of the Gypsy Rose studio, Voluptuous Vixens is dedicated to
creating an empowering, thrilling environment in which women can step out
of their "normal" life and discover new confidence in their bodies'
appearance and abilities. After learning some basic stripper tips and
moves, women can bring their new skills home to share with their partners
(it's the gift that keeps on giving!). Exotic dancing also offers a fun,
new approach to movement and exercise that every woman can benefit from,
whatever their fitness goals. But don't be fooled: with a full closet of
"dress-up clothes" and platform boots, the Gypsy Rose dance experience goes
all the way to the core AND makes the surface look good, too!
Voluptuous Vixens get all this, and a plus-sized instructor, too! Marina
Wolf Ahmad, founder of Big Moves, www.bigmoves.org , brings to the Gypsy
Rose studio her years of experience as dancer and burlesque performer,
and provides enough understanding, support and bawdy humor to help even
the shyest wall-flower out onto the dance floor and up the pole. All sizes
are welcome in Voluptuous Vixens, and we promise: you CAN learn to handle
the pole like a pro!

Ahmad is available for private lessons, weekend sessions, For Your Eyes Only classes (preparing a special dance for your sweetie), and bachelorette/girls' night out parties. If your party has lots of women with lots of curves, then you want an instructor to match!
