How much are the classes?

Do you trade services?

NO.

How do I pay?

Pay online through the Classes Page. You can also pay with a check online.

After I pay, can I get a refund if I don’t want to continue?

No. There are no refunds whatsoever, under ANY circumstances or at ANY time (from two weeks before your class starts).

What if I pay for someone and she changes her mind?

There are still NO refunds. Make sure your friends definitely want to do this before you sign up and pay.

What do I wear? 

We have an entire costume room full of CLEAN costumes/dresses that are washed after each use. We provide clean socks and booty shorts as well as shoes/boots. NO ONE HAS TO CHANGE IF THEY DON'T WANT TO. Participants can bring whatever they want of their own to wear. The main rule in the costume room is "If it's pink we don't want to see it!" (and we're not talking about clothing).  There is NO NUDITY ALLOWED.

How do I schedule a class?

The first step is to email Jackie, as space is limited in our classes.

PARTIES

How many girls can come?

There is no minimum, and 21-25 is about the limit. If you have more than that, contact Gypsy Rose Dancing and we can make special arrangements.

How much are the bachelorette/birthday parties, and Girls Night Out?

$40/Girl.

What if someone wants to come and just watch but not participate?

Anyone who doesn’t participate in the Routine, Pole, or Chair does not have to pay. However if they do ANY of those three things, even ‘just a little’ they will have to pay the full $40 fee. They can, however, do the Walk and the Dollar Bill Trick without having to pay.

Does the Bachelorette or Birthday Girl have to pay?

YES.

How do I put down the deposit?

Go to the Parties page and do an ‘add to cart’ for the class you want. If you are not a PayPal member, just click ‘no’ and you can use your regular credit or debit card.

What if I don’t want to pay online?

Then you must contact Gypsy Rose for the mailing address.

Will you hold a date and time for me until you get my check in the mail?

Unfortunately, Gypsy Rose Dancing cannot hold any spots at all, so if you mail it you do run the risk of your spot not being there when the check is received.

What if I pay for girls and they decide not to come?

There are no refunds whatsoever, even if girls bail at the last minute.

What if I have to cancel my party completely?

There are no refunds at all, no matter when you have to cancel your party.

What if I have paid but need to reschedule the party?

Rescheduling is acceptable if given a STRICT THREE-WEEK notice before the scheduled date of your party. Otherwise you will NOT be able to reschedule using the deposit you already put down. You will have to put down another deposit. However if there is any act of God, Yahweh, Zeus, and/or Anubis that may affect the weather, Wendy will email and call the coordinator to see if they would like to reschedule or do the party. Wendy drives a 4x4 truck and can get to the studio in any weather. She is not afraid because if someone is going to be squished, Wendy will most likely be the squish-er, not the squish-ee.

What do I do after I pay?

Email Gypsy Rose Dancing and say that you’ve paid, and BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE BIRTHDAY GIRL/BRIDE NAME, a ball park estimate of how many girls will be coming, and your contact phone number. You will then receive the contract/directions/rules, that EVERYONE in your party must read.  You will receive an email about a week before your party to get a final head count. Please have this ready as this impacts the amount of instructors for any given party.

MISCELLANEOUS

Can we bring alcohol?

NO, THERE IS NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT GYPSY ROSE DANCING. Anyone who is perceived to be drunk by the instructors will be made to pay, yet sit out without a refund. Your instructor will take any alcohol, 'juice', or drinks in colored bottles or squeeze bottles until the end of the party.

ONLY WATER IN CLEAR BOTTLES IS ALLOWED!
